About me

Hello everyone, I am Emanuel Jiménez, a CG Environment & Surfacing Artist. Sending greetings from the amazing and tropical country of Costa Rica.

I have 5  years of experience working with Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine, environments, character, look development and cinematics for video games and traditional animation pipelines. Which makes me capable of working with different workflows to achieve a specific art direction.

I have most experience working with important IP’s like Barbie and Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2 using  Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Speed Tree, Arnold, Redshift, Unreal Engine and Unity. Also in my ArtStation you can find realistic projects in Unreal Engine and Maya.

 

In addition to this, I also consider myself a good team leader in areas such as artistic direction and general project management. Where I have helped direct and support the direction of animated projects for advertising, video games, short films and animated series. Quality control, problem solving, creative solutions, and process optimization are some of the skills I can bring.
